Great job and paid attention to all of the details. Would highly recommend the company and Victor
County is working outside of the home on the sewer line running a jetter neighbors are having the same issue.
We replaced faulty expansion tank and rebuilt electric heater with both top and bottom thermostats and elements
Replace washing machine box and rerouted cold line.
Came out for back up. Main floor toilet had overflowed out of the bowl and would continue to do so anytime water was ran. Pulled upstairs toilet and snaked, cleared soft tissue blockage and restored flow to upstairs. Kitchen and main floor bathroom still backing up. Had reliable restoration out and they cleaned up the waste and sewage that came up out of the toilet and cleaned the toilet out and disinfected. We pulled toilet and ran snake down branch line for main floor bathroom and kitchen. Cleared secondary blockage that likely occurred after main blockage. Restored flow and camera’d to ensure no further issues.
Installed hot side for widespread lavatory faucet and adjusted pressure to home.
We rebuilt five toilet tanks today with new fill valve and flapper , could not replace one of water supply line because is one unit with shut off valve , we flushed one of tankless water heater ( right side ) in basement
Jay valve above water heater was slowly dripping. Wire nuts were completely submerged in water in housing on top of water heater. Shut down, electricity, dried out wire nut housing and rewired. Electrical tested main wiring and both elements. Electricity getting to all elements after being reset. Bottom heating element leaking and manufactured date of January 23, 2025. Tank had become electrified with water on multiple wiring connections. Shocked self multiple times on water heater. Customer will get replacement water heater under warranty or have Chen plumbing supply new 40 gallon electric water heater. Estimates given for different options for customer which include re-piping meter and PRV in copper.
Rebuilt both upstairs showers. Delta cartridge. Gave discount on second cartridge
For this job, I worked on installing new pressure regulator and new 1/4 turn main shut off ball valve.
Reason for replacement: Old water heater was leaking out of the base and leaking into floor into neighbors unit below. 10/15/24 Returned and installed new 40 gallon water heater with a new capped pan. Installed a new thermal expansion tank and reconnected to fire suppression for the utility room. Installed automatic shutoff in pan and connected to the water system. Reliable came out for water remediation that had got under the floor of customers unit. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.
Inspected water heater after a downstairs neighbor reported water issues. Found heavy rust, corrosion, and dampness at the bottom of the 10-year-old unit. Recommended replacement with code upgrades due to the second-floor location. Also discovered uncapped, abandoned stops under the kitchen sink, causing water drips, and recommended installing threaded caps.
For this job, I worked on installing new main water service from meter all the way inside home. I also repiped water heater the correct way. Added a shut off at the meter for customer to use in future.
For this job, I worked on digging side off home to confirm that water line was there. Water line ended up being through slab and not through side of home.
Inspected two toilets that weren’t flushing. One was a urinal in the men’s restroom and the other was a water closet in the women’s restroom. The urinal was shutoff because it was leaking out of the top of the valve. The women’s water closet valve was turned on, but wasn’t allowing water through to flush. Recommendation is to replace the valves. Replaced both valves and tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Videos attached of both toilets in working order.
